what can i say... but TRAINING WAS JUST AS FREAKING TIRING AS USUAL. alvin is a crazy, guy, he made us swim like MAD! and said it was GOING TO BE more tiring, meaning more swimming sigh. and the practices were crap today, gotta buck up man. and polo seriously sows discord, im sorry for my very violent play today, cause i was seriously quite frustrated with some people and ya, sorry to opponents, namely zhonghan for kicking him numerous times for no real reason, haha, and yea, i think violence is seriously getting into my nature, all thanks to ian who encouraged it.

sorry nothing to say much today.

sigh.. nationals in just 26 days time, we are really really running short of time.



training is hell.
but in order to reach paradise, we have to tread through hell first.
