sigh.. its my job to report on the first 2 days of the new OBA, Outward bound Alvin.

day 1 report:
facilitator Alvin was not around for the swimming sessions, sending his assistant keptian loh down to supervise the torture the students. setting impossibly tiring sets at impossibly impossible timings, many wonder what can be on facilitator alvin's mind. openning the session with one of his trademark 400m swim, he sapped the players' strength. then following, he ordered the players to do 20 double laps at f***ing gay timings, then following, he ordered the players to do 20 singles at 100%. it was like crazy. then after the players finished the crazy swimming, facilitator alvin arrived and guided the players through the normal trainings of halfcourt plays and 6on5s, many a time requiring players to swim at their fastest. and after yet another gruelling work out of practices, facilitator alvin came up with a wonderful idea! he thought to himself: "maybe i can be the first coach to kill a player!" and with glee, ordered the players to line up in a straight role and do a crazy sprint set of 100% go there, 5 seconds rest and followed by 100% comeback. grinning to himself as he looks at his trusty stopwatch, the players sprinted their asses out for his sadistic entertainment. furthermore, he decided to look more professional, and required all players to swim at a 200 heartbeat a minute rate. woohoo, but unluckily, every player survived, so facilitator alvin thought to himself, i gotta try harder 2mrw...

day 2 report
picking up from where he left off, facilitator alvin decided to come up with something more creative on day2, after the usual 400m, facilitator alvin decided to lower the player's guards down by only giving them ONE set of doubles. of course, the players' joy was shortlived because he announced that there were TWO FUCKING HARD SETS OF singles. it was the swim there 100% 5 seconds rest and swim back 100% again, just that hmm, there were like TEN SETS OF THAT SHIT. and god all the players almost died, ok, correction, all the players that actually gave their best almost died. as interviewed by one of the unfortunate victim yipyang :" that guy is out of control! i almost died towards the end (seriously) never before had i had such a tough training in my life. (i mean it, wait, he meant it.)

haha and studying in sch was fun.
