somehow, heartache seems to be the inspiration for linguistic creativity but not general creativity. in fact, i think its detrimental to general creativity. Don't ask me why but by experiencing it myself, I find that my creativity for innovation and new ideas suffer tremendously with my mood in a correlational manner. Whereas my linguistic creativity seems to be inversely correlational to my mood. Is that why sad songs are the ones with the best lyrics?

I know I know, there arent supposed to be innovative creativity and linguistic creativity. That creativity is defined by (googled) emotional, cognitive, deliberate and spontaneous creativity. But well, one can only wonder cant we?
